These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of liberty Aid Academy’s Website, located at https://libertyaidacademy.org/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Liberty Aid Academy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Advising Session Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your consultation or advising session, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.

Our Policy:

●  Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $100.

●  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. You may reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient for you.

●  After 2 missed or late cancellations, you may no longer be a candidate for Advising Sessions.

●  We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Terms of Sale

You agree that you will pay for all products through the services, and that Liberty Aid Academy may charge your payment method for any products purchased  and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMLEY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING LIBERTY AID ACADEMY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. WHEN PROVIDED WITH A MATCHING NAME AND ACCURATE BILLING ADDRESS YOU ARE GRANTING US AUTHORIZATION TO BILL IN COMPLIANCE OF NON FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONAL USE. BY PURCHASING YOU ADMIT BY DEFAULT THAT THE PERSON PURCHASING AND THE CARD BEING USED FOR ANY GIVEN TRANSACTION ON LIBERTYAIDACADEMY.ORG IS THE SAME LEGAL ENTITY AND HAVE GRANTED US FULL AUTHORITY TO CHARGE SAID CARD ON THE GROUNDS THAT THIS BEING DONE WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED.

Prices for products offered via the services may change at any time, and the services do not price protection or refund in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Paying with Zelle or Cashapp

Choosing Zelle or Cashapp at checkout renders you at 30% discount on our course products. 

For Cash App payments:

Please search the $Cashtag: $libertyaidacademy and add the course name for your note.

Once LAA has received this payment you will have access to your course within 24 hours.

For Zelle payments:

This app attaches to your bank account app and allows you to request or send money easily with just your recipient's email address or mobile number.

Create a contact on your Zelle account by using "contact@libertyaidacademy.org" in the recipient email search. The app will ask you if you are sending to "John McCaig." Click "set up payment." On the next step, please enter in course/product amount with the course/product as the memo name. Choose the correct bank account and send date.

Once LAA has received this payment you will have access to your course within 24 hours.


Refund Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. We stand behind our product and customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Any unsatisfactory customers may choose to email the seller to explain the issue and the seller will help with the resolution of that particular issue. Under no circumstances will the seller issue a refund.
