REMOVAL OF DEVILLE ASSETS MANAGEMENT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT VIA ZOOM

1 min read

Welcome back! Today’s blog post is a special recording from a Small Claims Court meeting via zoom (that’s how it’s done these days). The video is a quick display of a case dismissal and removal of Deville Assets Management from the credit report.

The word “Court” often excites fear or stress in people. I mean, you only go to court for things that have gone wrong, right? Your mind often starts to wonder to worry when you have an upcoming court date; “What if I say the wrong thing and ruin my case?” “What if I don’t know how to answer a question?” But let’s switch the narrative. The court can be a means of getting things right. Think of it as another tool in your shed. You know what you are here for and what you need. And if you are unsure… JUST ASK. The court knows not to expect everyone to be a pro at this sort of thing. Don’t be afraid to have something clarified for you or to ask for help! Speaking of help, you can contact The Academy any and every time you have something you are unsure of. There is no silly question! We are always available at contact@libertyaidacademy.org, so shoot us a message!

Until next time,

Don’t worry, be happy!
